Return and Refund Policy
As of now there is no scope for refunds after dispatch of the product(s).
Goods once dispatched will not be taken back.
A refund will be provided for cancellation of order prior to dispatch.
Once the product is dispatched no refund will be provided.
Terms of cancellation
A User is permitted to cancel orders prior to dispatch.
Upon successfully placing an order on the Platforms and after PSUs have
successfully handed over the Product(s) to its Logistic Partner (as
defined in the Delivery Policy), the User will receive a unique tracking
identity number, which will enable the User to track the status of
delivery of the purchased Product(s).
Prior to the dispatch of the purchased Product(s), the User should
decide to cancel the purchase if required. The User can do so by
referencing the unique tracking identity number received by the User.
Receipt of Refund money In all events of cancellation prior to the
dispatch of the purchased Products, RIAB shall initiate refunds within 2
(two) business days from the date on which it received the request from
the User. Funds will be received ibn the user’s bank account based on
standard policy of scheduled banks which is estimated as three more
days after initiation of refund by RIAB.
